www.wikiwand.comRichards was a British historian (OBE) noted for co-authoring the official Royal Air Force history covering World War II, published in the early 1950s alongside Hilary St. George Saunders. His service included time in the RAF historical section, 1943–1947. Post-military, he supported Morley College in London, raising funds for its rebuilding, and commissioning paintings for concerts that supported many young musicians.
