George Furbank is out for England this weekend. Doctors diagnosed he has appendicitis. He was rushed just prior to kickoff in Johannesburg.
Marcus Smith will now play full-back instead. England face South Africa in the first match. Furbank’s place in the lineup is gone because he is unfit.
