Taylor Farms pulled iceberg lettuce from stores in July 2026 after the Federal Food and Drug Administration found links to cyclosporiasis. The parasitic disease sickened people in a number of states such as Indiana. Health warnings went out as lab tests traced the outbreak to this single product. Only iceberg lettuce has shown contamination at this point. Authorities are still checking other leafy greens to see if they carry any sign of the parasite. No other farmers or suppliers appear involved in the incident at this stage.
