U.S. Senator Marco Rubio said today plans to dismantle the International Criminal Court (ICC) through a diplomatic effort.
Rubio, a Florida Republican, called the ICC’s actions beyond its mandate and aligned this effort with similar moves by the Trump administration.
His campaign seeks to cut financial support and collaboration with the tribunal.
