SpaceX took off Starship Flight 13 on July 25 2026 from Boca Chica, Texas.
The rocket’s upper stage and booster performed a smooth separation during ascent.
Both stages later achieved soft splashdowns, one in the Gulf of Mexico and the other in the Indian Ocean.
Engineers characterised the water landings as the least jarring yet.
A different rocket engine issue forced a previous abort on July 24.
The the operator also deployed advanced Starlink satellites as cargo for the trial flight.
