Mechanics left a 33-centimeter work lamp in the wing of a Qantas Airbus A380. The ATSB revealed that the plane flew for two days with the work light inside before anyone noticed it. The 33-centimeter lamp remained in the wing during those journeys as the Qantas jet flew.
