Hyundai said that it recalled almost 48,000 SUVs worldwide recorded because seat belts might malfunction in a crash.
Another recall includes over 47,000 cars for a fault that has not been explained and is concerning.
In Canada, Hyundai cautioned owners not to use the middle rear seat is unsafe on certain models.
Hyundai and Kia also withdrew 14 electric vehicles because of a battery defect.
These cars might catch fire if left parked outside in hot weather due to a battery issue.
Owners must leave them outside until the problem is resolved and must be addressed promptly.
